If you would prefer to not teach a certain trick from any of the "Novice" tricks, here is a list of tricks that we will either not be doing, or will be doing in the future (I'm not telling which is which.. neener neener). And these are tricks from the book that qualify for the Novice trick title.

could you explain numbers 1, 3, 7, 12, and 17 (as in what exactly the trick is supposed to be!?) Thanks!
ReplyDelete1. 3-2-1 Let's Go = You and your dog stand side by side (or crouching), you count down 3, 2, 1 and at Let's Go (or whatever you want to use) you "race off together". Basically your dog stays and runs at release word.
ReplyDelete2. Pushups = Your dog alternating between sitting up and laying down.
3. Hockey goalie = Dogs stands in front of net and catches anything that's thrown to him
4. Peekaboo! = Dogs comes through your legs (from behind you) and pokes its head through (and looks at you)
5. Walk the dog = Dog walks beside you carrying its own leash, or walking beside you holding another dogs leash in its mouth (and walking it).
